PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION
Fill out the on-line registration form in this site, choose the payment form for your registration (bank deposit or credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS) or through budget allocation.

DEPOSIT
After the registration form has been completed, make the deposit in the Banco do Brasil, Branch Number 3457-6, Current Account Number 52124-8, in the name of  SBCTA - Sociedade Brasileira de Ciência e Tecnologia de Alimentos / Regional Bahia, CNPJ nº 46.113.742/0006-39 and fax a copy of the deposit slip 71 2102-6611.

CREDIT CARDS
After the registration form has been completed, choose the type of credit card and follow the steps spelled out on the page specifically for credit card payment. Always wait for the finalization of the payment.
To make a credit card payment the computer must be unblocked for such an operation, which can be done by following the configurations elaborated below.
On the Tool Menu – Internet options – Privacy – this should be on the Medium level and the pop-up option should be DEACTIVATED. 

BUDGET ALLOCATION only for Public Institutions
Registration through budget allocation payment will cost the same as the payment made at the locale of the event, but is generally done after the event.
After the registration data has been completed, a receipt that documents the registration will be printed out and should be turned into the institution responsible for payment and directed toward the process of budget allocation.

The paying institution should fax a copy of the Budget Allocation Note to 71 2102-6611 or email it to empenho@gt5.com.br, using the following information for identification purposes:
Name of the Event: XXII CBCTA
Nome of the Participant
CPF (social security number)
Name of the person responsible for payment of the budget allocation
Contact telephone and email
Information for the receipt: Name of the Institution, CNPJ and Address
After the payment has been made, please fax a copy of the proof  of payment to 71 2102-6611
Please note: to guarantee registration, a copy of the budget allocation must be sent or else the registration will not be validated. 

General Information:

• Registration is possible ONLY via internet on the event website. 
• The participant will receive emails confirming the information and payment after proof of payment has been submitted.
• The Secretariat of the Event is available from 8:00 a.m. on November 7, 2010 at the Convention Center of Bahia when the pre-registered participants can pick up their event materials and new registrations can be made.  
• In cases where the participant is unable to attend the event, the registration fee will not be returned, although the participant can be substituted, albeit at least five days before the start of the event.
