Consistent with its principles and initiatives in cooperation with research institutions, the Brazilian Society of Food Science and Technology (Sociedade Brasileira de Ciência e Tecnologia de Alimentos) supports the Brazilian Congress of Food Science and Technology, and is pleased to have the opportunity to bring together people involved in the various phases of food production throughout Brazil.
